Mentors needed for Building Bridges for Kids

Building Bridges for Kids (BB4K) is a summer program at the Starkville Boys and Girls Club that teaches financial literacy, education and healthy living. The BB4K program needs enthusiastic mentors throughout the months of June and July.

If you are interested in making a difference in a child's life by simply being a great mentor, please consider joining BB4K. Active and consistent volunteers can gain more than 40 hours of community service.

The program runs every Monday and Wednesday from 1-3 p.m. throughout June and July. If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please contact Shayla Jefferson, MSU AmeriCorps VISTA, at 662-325-2150 or scj68@saffairs.msstate.edu.
